Zack Cleek, our fun loving cousin got married on Saturday, August 30, 2008 on a hot Orland summer day!  Here are some pictures of the wedding shower! (Note, we hope to add more pictures later in the day!)

The New House

We've been working like mad on this new house.  And one of the big projects is a counter top inspired by Ron Kent (A famous Hawaiian Wood Turner).  Its made from OSB plywood cut into thin strips and glued together on the end grain.  Well, we've got it installed and started finishing it tonight.  Here are some pictures of the last stages of install and finishing.

 

Charis Loves the Giants

This last weekend, we picked up Grandma and Grandpa and took them to both the Friday night and Saturday day Giants game in San Francisco.  We saw Tim Lincecum and Omar Vizquel (Grandma kinda likes him) and the Giants won both games.  It was a very good time.   Here are some pictures of our outing.

Slip Sliding Away

It our annual part at my cousin John's in Somerset and a huge part of our time here is sliding down the slide.  As usual, Ellen made her trip down the slippery dip.  As our record of a six person train.  Enjoy!
